Our engineers never stop learning – no matter how experienced they are! We actively promote continued professional development (CPD) through our Thursday lunchtime ‘toastie club’. This includes presentations, workshops and guest speakers while you enjoy a hot toastie!
We encourage our engineers to present their own projects and foster a positive feedback culture within the company. It also helps them prepare for Chartership!
