Springwell Community Centre Project Overview

The project comprised the redevelopment of the existing artificial grass pitch on site into a state of the art 3G football turf pitch at Springwell Community Centre.

Scope of Works

We needed to understand the makeup of the existing subbase and subgrade material beneath the existing artificial grass pitch. External to the existing Springwell Community Centre pitch, shallow windowless sampling boreholes were undertaken to inform foundation design for proposed floodlight foundations.

Value Added

Our highly responsive teams were able to undertake the fieldwork within a very tight timeframe and minimise the impact to the Client. We communicated our findings and recommendations with the Client ahead of the formal issue of the report. This allowed project activities to commence ahead of the planned start date.
