Soiltechnics have worked with several commercial developments from retail parks to shopping centres across major UK cities and towns, including London. We provide professional services to support our private Clients to manage ground related risks. These services include initial desk study, building fabric survey of the existing building, ground investigation and technical consultancy.
We understand the importance of flexibility when working with Commercial Clients, as shown by our recent project at 20 Grafton Street in London. This comprised the reconfiguration of the internal layout, as well as refurbishment of the roof level to provide accessible terraces. We undertook both intrusive and non-intrustive works, and due to the office and retail spaces being active we undertook work both within and outside of normal working hours. This enabled us to provide the information required with minimal disruption to the continued business use of the site.
