Site Condition Reports
A Site Condition Report is a record of land and groundwater conditions at a site, at particular points in time.
In order to support an initial permit application, decommissioning and installation closure, or ongoing monitoring obligations, you may require a ground investigation to inform the report.
You may conduct the investigation and Site Condition Report as a baseline assessment or upon the closure of a permit. It will support you in demonstrating that you have protected land and groundwater during the lifetime of the site and that the land is in a satisfactory state when you come to surrender your permit.
